Upon approval, the time off is automatically placed into the future schedule.

ESS Mobile:

In today’s world of mobile workplaces it is essential to have time and attendance solutions in the palm of your hand. Our ESS Mobile allows any Apple or Android smart device to perform all the functions of Employee Self Service from their remote devices. Employees can also receive notifications through text message and respond to manager communications via the app. GPS technology maps the punch location of each employee allowing managers a visual representation of where the punch occurred. Management also has the ability to allow employees access to correct missing punches eliminating the typical paper trail associated with time card corrections.

Accruals:

Accrued benefits are benefits that automatically accrue (hours) time to an employee’s benefit bank. The amount of accrual is configurable by rules you define for each benefit and by employee types.
